1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before printing starts.
• Once printing begins, cancellation is not allowed.
• For note orders, cancellation is not possible if printing has started.

2. Refund Policy (Printing Services)

Printing services are customised and cannot be returned or refunded unless the issue is caused by CM Copys.

Refund applicable only when:

• Incorrect number of pages printed due to our mistake
• Wrong binding or size error caused by us
• Poor print quality due to printing machine fault

No refund will be provided if:

• The uploaded file had errors (wrong format, wrong pages, low resolution)
• User requested cancellation after printing started
• User uploaded copyrighted content illegally

3. Refunds for Note Uploaders

• Rejected notes earn ₹0 (no exceptions)
• If an order is cancelled before printing, no commission is paid
• Commission is credited only for successfully delivered orders

4. Processing Time

• Refunds (if eligible) are processed within 5–7 working days
• Refunds go to the same payment method used during order
