We want every order to go smoothly. Here's what you need to know about cancelling an order or requesting a refund from CM Copys.
- Orders can be cancelled only before printing starts.
- Once printing begins, cancellation is not allowed.
- For note orders, cancellation is not possible if printing has already started.
Printing is customised and cannot be returned or refunded unless the issue is caused by CM Copys.
✓ Refund is applicable when
- Incorrect number of pages printed due to our mistake.
- Wrong binding or size error caused by us.
- Poor print quality due to a machine fault on our end.
✗ No refund will be given if
- The uploaded file had errors (wrong format, wrong pages, low resolution).
- Cancellation was requested after printing started.
- User uploaded copyrighted content illegally.
- Rejected notes earn ₹0 — no exceptions.
- If an order is cancelled before printing, no commission is paid.
- Commission is credited only for successfully delivered orders.
