Duplicate/resubmitted notes already listed on the platform
Blurry, unreadable, or illegible scans

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and uploading notes on cmcopys ("Platform"), you ("Student/Uploader") agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent.
You must be a student or graduate with original study notes to share.
You must provide accurate personal and payment details at registration.

3. Nature of the Agreement

cmcopys acts as a printing and delivery service. It does not purchase your notes. Instead, we print physical copies on customer demand and pay you a commission per successfully delivered order. No digital files are ever sold or distributed to buyers.

4. Content Responsibility

You confirm that uploaded content is original and does not violate any copyright.
cmcopys is not liable for any copyright infringement arising from your upload.
cmcopys reserves the right to remove any content at any time without prior notice.

⚠️ Important: cmcopys will cooperate with legal authorities in case of intellectual property disputes. Uploaders found violating copyright law will be permanently banned and their earnings forfeited.

5. Commission & Payment

Commission is earned per successfully delivered print order only.
cmcopys reserves the right to modify commission rates with 14-day notice.
Earnings are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except via official payout.
Fraudulent activity (fake orders, self-ordering, etc.) leads to permanent account ban and forfeiture of earnings.

6. Termination

cmcopys may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or poor content quality, with or without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

cmcopys is not liable for lost earnings due to technical issues, order cancellations, or customer disputes beyond our control. Maximum liability is limited to the commission amount of the disputed order.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

1. When Commission Is Earned

Commission is earned ONLY after an order containing your notes is successfully delivered to the customer. Orders that are cancelled, returned, or undelivered do not generate commission.

2. Commission Calculation

Commission rate is a fixed percentage of the net print value of the order (excluding delivery charges and taxes).
The exact percentage is displayed in your uploader dashboard at the time of registration.
cmcopys reserves the right to revise commission rates with 14-day advance notice.

3. Minimum Payout Threshold

You must accumulate a minimum of ₹50 in your wallet before requesting a withdrawal.

4. Payout Schedule

Payouts are processed within 5–7 working days of a withdrawal request.
Payments are made via UPI or direct bank transfer only.
cmcopys does not pay via cash, cheque, or third-party wallets (Paytm/PhonePe direct).

5. Fraud Prevention

⚠️ Placing orders for your own notes (self-ordering) or coordinating fake orders is strictly prohibited and results in permanent ban and loss of all earnings.

6. Tax Responsibility

Students are responsible for declaring their commission income as per Indian income tax laws. cmcopys is not responsible for the tax liabilities of uploaders.

cmcopys respects intellectual property rights and complies with Indian copyright laws (Copyright Act, 1957) and international DMCA principles.

2. Uploader Responsibility

You must own the copyright to any notes you upload.
Uploading photocopied, scanned, or digitally reproduced content from textbooks, journals, or any published work is strictly prohibited.
cmcopys is a print-on-demand service, not a publisher — copyright liability rests with the uploader.

3. DMCA / Copyright Complaint Process

If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright:

We will review and respond within 7 working days.
Confirmed infringing content will be removed and the uploader account suspended.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with evidence of your original authorship. cmcopys will review and restore content if the claim is validated.

Can I upload notes that I found online or downloaded from Telegram?

Absolutely NOT. Only upload notes that you personally created. Uploading content from the internet, Telegram groups, or any other source is a copyright violation and will result in permanent account ban.
