Send us your PDF files
Right after your order message, send the actual PDF documents on the same WhatsApp chat. We can't start printing until we have your files.

Payment - 50%
Pay 50% advance to confirm
We share a payment link or QR code. Pay 50% of the total to confirm your order and lock in the price shown in your quote.

Once your advance is received, your job goes into our print queue. We print exactly as per your chosen settings - B&W / Colour, single / both sides, and binding.

We send you a hard-copy video
Before dispatch, we record and send a short video of your actual printed copies on WhatsApp - so you can see the print quality, binding and page count for yourself.

Payment - remaining 50%
Pay the remaining balance
Once you're happy with the video, pay the remaining 50%. This confirms your printouts are ready to be handed over for delivery.

After full payment, we book a third-party delivery partner (Rapido, Porter, or similar) for your order and share the live tracking link with you on WhatsApp.

The calculator opens with one PDF slot ready
A card called
PDF 1 is already there. Type the total pages of your document and the number of copies you need.2
Pick binding for that PDF
Choose None, Stapler (free), Spiral (₹40/250 sheets) or Perfect (₹60/250 sheets) - just for this one document.

This creates a brand new card,
PDF 2, with its own pages, copies and binding - completely separate from PDF 1.

Add as many PDFs as you need
There's no limit - keep tapping "Add another PDF" for every document. Added a wrong one? Remove it with the ✕ on that card.

Enter delivery distance and watch the total update
The total at the top updates live as you type - no need to press calculate. It adds up every PDF's printing + binding cost, then adds delivery on top.

Print type (B&W / Colour), print sides (Single / Both), and delivery distance are chosen only once and apply to the whole order - since it's one print job and one delivery. Only pages, copies and binding are set separately per PDF.

Common questions
Why do I have to pay before I see the printouts?
The 50% advance confirms your order and covers our printing cost upfront. You still get to see a video of the actual printed copies before paying the remaining 50% - so you're never paying in full blind.
What if I'm not happy with the print quality in the video?
Message us on WhatsApp right away and we'll sort it out before you pay the balance or before dispatch.
Who delivers my order?
We book a trusted third-party delivery partner such as Rapido or Porter once your balance is paid. You'll get a live tracking link on WhatsApp so you know exactly when your rider will arrive.
Do I need to pay the delivery partner separately?
No. Delivery is already included in the total shown in your quote - the amount you pay us covers printing, binding and delivery.
How do I pay?
We share a payment link or UPI QR code on WhatsApp at each stage - advance and balance. Once paid, just send us a screenshot for confirmation.
What if I forget to send my PDF files after ordering?
We'll remind you on WhatsApp. Printing only starts once we have both your files and the 50% advance.
